Classes We Offer
Pole dancing increases core and general body strength by using the body itself as resistance, while toning the body as a whole. Pole dance is a great way to get fit! You will start as a beginner and work your way onto more intricate moves and combos. This class is great for building strength and endurance.
What to wear: For this class you will need your legs and arms out.Shorts and T-shirt will be fine.
Please note: When coming to this class we ask you don't moisturise that day. As any oils on the pole will make it difficult for you and the other students & can be dangerous.
Aerial hoop is a great skill to learn.
In this class you will work your way up from beginner to advanced.
This class builds strength and endurance.
This class is great for building upper body strength without realising it!
Our amazing instructors make sure everyone gets individual attention while keeping the class collaborative.
What to wear:
In this class you will need to cover your arms and legs
Leggings and a long sleeve top is fine.
Stretch & Flexibility
Whether you’re looking to slightly improve your flexibility or hone in on your existing flexibility & become even bendier, this class is what you are looking for. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. In this class we go through a number of stretches, stretching out from your head to your toes to really loosen your body up.
What to wear: This class you can wear whatever feels comfortable, as long as it's not restrictive.
Kids Club is a great place for your kids to learn circus skills in a safe fun environment. In Kids club 5-14 year olds will learn skills such as: Aerial silks, Aerial Hoop, Flexibility training, Aerial Hammock, Splits, Handstand training & Acro Gymnastics.
